These Terms govern your use of claritycosmedics.com and purchases from Clarity Cosmedics Pty Ltd ("Clarity Cosmedics", "we", "us" or "our"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

We aim to describe and display our products accurately. Colours and appearance can vary between screens and photographs. Cosmetic and beauty information on the site is general information and is not medical advice. Individual experiences can vary. Follow product directions and warnings.

Orders, prices and payment

An order submitted through our store is an offer to purchase. We may reject or cancel an order before fulfilment where reasonably necessary, including for suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, payment problems, stock issues, or delivery restrictions. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the relevant amount.

Shipping and returns

Shipping is governed by our Shipping page. Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds page, together with your non-excludable rights under applicable consumer law.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the website, Clarity Cosmedics branding, logos, product imagery, text and other original content are owned by or licensed to Clarity Cosmedics and may not be reproduced or commercially used without permission except as permitted by law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and applicable Commonwealth law, subject to any non-excludable consumer rights.
